• It's the cardinal rule, folks. IC & OOC are to be kept seperate AT ALL TIMES. OOC harassment of other members will NOT be tolerated.
• No MySpace kids, no siblings.
• While liberties are certainly taken with the celebrities played in RP, please try and be true to the character you portray and try to be as realistic as possible. Google Alerts are handy for keeping up with your celeb and are highly recommended. Note: Unless your character has come out as being gay or bisexual in real life, please do not play them as such. Exceptions may be made for established storylines only.
• All characters must be at least 16 years of age. All writers must be at least 18 years of age.
• Because of clashes in schedules/time differences between countries etc, this community is both AIM and threading friendly.
• Your character is required to update once a month. After this time, your character will be removed from the community. We understand that people have lives and cannot actively participate in the community on a daily basis but we do ask that you contribute. If your only activity is your update once a month, your character may be overridden.
• If you should need a hiatus at any time, please post a note in your journal and comment this post to let us know how long you need.
• Examples do not need to be provided when you apply, but every applicant is required to have made a first post for their character. It does not have to be a novel by any means, but something substantial is required. We are not a first come, first serve RP and each applicant will be considered carefully to find the best fit for our community.
• Characters will be held for 72 hours and all adds will be done within 72 hours also. See the taken list to find out who's still available.
• All new members need to intro within 48 hours of being accepted into the community. If they have not done so in this time, they will be removed. New members will also need to update within the first two weeks, taken from the day they are accepted. Every post thereafter is due monthly.
• All journals must have a link in their UI to the mod journal as a disclaimer. A friends only post is also preferrable.
• Established storylines are welcome so if you're looking for a new home for your pre-existing storyline, please feel free to apply.
